How can I get to the Room?

You can find our address as well as a map of the surroundings with instructions about how to find us on the pages of the different games – The First Room and vol. 2. If you have any problems, do not hesitate to contact us via email or by phone (00359 879 100 215).

How many people can play simultaneously?

The game is for one team consisting of 2 to 5 players.

OK… but how many people should I bring with me?

The game is more complicated for smaller teams. More heads create more ideas and find the correct way faster. On the other hand, smaller teams allow for greater involvement of everybody during the entire game.

How can I book the Room?

Take a look at our calendar in the Reservations section. Choose a free slot and book it online. Our reservation system will guide you through all the necessary steps. It is important to prepay the game before the deadline which will be  communicated to you when you make the reservation. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and the game might be sold to another team.

How long does the game take?

The game itself takes an hour. There will be a short instruction session (5 min) before the game.

Can I get out of the Room at any time?

You can stop the game at any time. Just tell the operator that you have a problem and you will be taken out immediately. The rest of the team can continue playing if they want.

Do I have to prepare for the Room?

No preparation is needed – you do not need any general knowledge or physical strength. Your strongest weapons are your exploration instinct, inquisitiveness and team play.

Is the game suitable for children

The game is suitable for children, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. However the game may not provoke the same interest in children younger than 10.

Does the game change? Can I come again next week?

The scenario you are going to play remains the same for an extended period of time, so in order to experience Dextrophobia again, you will have to wait for our next scenario.

Is it scary?

The Room is challenging, surprising and immerses you in an unusual atmosphere, where you are not exacly sure what will happen next. However, the main element is the fun. More than 3000 players have visited us and nobody has been unpleasantly scared. So neither you should worry.

Is the Room suitable for team building

The game is very suitable for team building as one of the main aspects of the experience is the team work and the interaction between the players in various situations. If you are interested in organizing such an event, do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Can I cancel an already prepaid reservation

The deposit you are paying in order to confirm your booking is non refundable in case of cancellation or no-show of the team in the hour of the game. The same applies to a voucher used for paying a reservation. If it happens that you can not come to play in slot you booked, contact us as soon as possible so that we could try to transfer your payment to another booking. Such transfers are not possible in the last 48 hours before the hour of the game.

Can I give a game for Dextrophobia Rooms as a present?

We offer gift vouchers. The vouchers are bought in advance and can be used to pay a single game in the period of validity of the voucher. The voucher is valid for a certain number of players (between 2 and 5). If the team who play consist of more than than the number of players written on the voucher, the additional players have to pay 15lv per persion. The price of the vouchers is the same as for a regular game.

I have a gift voucher and I want to use it. How?

Book one of the free slots in our calendar, which you can find in the Reservations section of our website. In the process of booking, you have to enter the voucher code, which you can find in the right corner of the voucher. If your team consists of more players than the number written on the voucher, the additional players will have to pay 15lv/person.

  • Be on time. It is advisable that your team comes 5 min before the time of the game, so that you can start on time.
  • Warn us if any of your teammates suffers from claustrophobia, asthma, or any other ailment which could be triggered by being locked in a closed space.
  • In order to take the most of the experience, you are advised not to use any mobile devices.
  • It is strictly forbidden to take any kind of  photos, audio, or video recordings in the Room or at the venue.
  • After the game, we might ask to take you a photo. That photo will be uploaded to our Facebook page. If you have any objections to that, warn us and we will accept them.
